7. Disconnect 690 connector
(X690) from harness. Place
ignition
switch
to
ON
position.
a. Measure voltage between
pin 2 of 690 connector
(X690) on harness side of
connector to engine block
ground. Voltage should be
greater than 5V.
If voltage is not as specified,
replace engine ECU (WP 0078
00).
b. Measure voltage between
pin 3 of 690 connector
(X690) on harness side of
connector to engine block
ground. Voltage should be
greater than 5V.
If voltage is not as specified,
replace engine ECU (WP 0078
00).
