Standby pressure of 261 psi (18 bar) will appear on gage. After 5 seconds, steering pump will start andsteering system pressure will increase to 3045 psi (210 bar).4.Shut down engine. Relieve hydraulic system pressure (WP 0164 00).5.Disconnect hydraulic test gage and adapter from test point no. 6.TEST POINT NO. 7: STEERING PUMP NO. 2NOTETest point no. 7 provides a means to check steering pump operating pressures.1.Drain steering system pressure by opening shutoff valve. When system has completely drained, close shutoff valve.2.Connect hydraulic test gage with adapter to test point no. 7.3.Start engine. 7.TEST POINT NO. 8: BOOM LIFT AND EXTEND MAIN VALVENOTETest point no. 8 provides a means to check boom lift and extend main valve operating pressure.1.Connect hydraulic test gage with adapter to test point no. 8.2.Start engine and hold engine RPMs between 1000 and 2000 RPMs.3.Retract boom completely and continue to hold joystick in the retract position. 4.Main valve pressure with boom fully retracted should be 3480 psi (240 bar).5.Shut down engine. Relieve hydraulic system pressure (WP 0164 00).6.Disconnect hydraulic test gage and adapter from test point no. 8.STEERING SYSTEMSHUTOFF VALVE
