REMOVAL
NOTE
There are three filter indicator sensors located in filter heads of high-pressure hydraulic filters.
Ease of access to remove these sensors varies. In some cases, it may be necessary to remove both
filter and filter head to access sensor.
Remove and discard tiedown straps.
Tag wires to ensure correct installation.
1.
Trace electrical cable (3) from sensor (4) back to junction box (6).
2.
Loosen four screws (2) and remove cover (1) from junction box (6). Inspect rubber seal in groove of cover. Replace seal
only if damaged.
