HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR AND LIFT CYLINDER SENSORS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

PRESSURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT
1.
Remove four socket head screws (7) from flange (8).
2.
Remove flange (8), sensor (6), and O-ring (9) from hydraulic reservoir (3). Discard O-ring.
3.
Trace sensor cable (10) back to junction box. Disconnect wires of cable from terminal blocks. Remove cable from junc-
tion box.

NOTE
Replacement sensor comes with new O-ring.
4.
Lubricate new O-ring (9) with lubricating oil. Install O-ring and sensor (6) on hydraulic reservoir (3) with flange (8) and
four socket head screws (7).
5.
Position sensor cable (10) in junction box. Connect wires of sensor cable to terminal blocks in junction box.
6.
Secure sensor cable (10) with new tiedown straps.
