FRONT GEAR COVER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Wiring harness attachment brackets and belt tensioning arm bracket are mounted to front cover.
Ensure these additional items and accessories are tagged or marked for location prior to removal.
1.
Remove three flange head screws (1) securing wiring harness brackets (6). Remove two screws (3) and washers (4)
securing belt tensioning arm bracket (5) to front cover (2).

Remove 18 remaining flange head screws (1) securing front cover (2) to gear housing (7).
3.
With assistance, remove front cover (2) from gear housing (7).
