TOPHANDLER WIRING HARNESSES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

WIRING HARNESS C, TOPHANDLER JUNCTION BOX-TO-CONTROL VALVE: INSTALLATION
CAUTION
Ensure sufficient length of wiring harness is coiled within tophandler opening, so that tophandler can
rotate freely in both directions without damaging harness.
1.
Attach wiring harness C (17) control valve wire leads to upper end of nonelectrical wire.
2.
With assistance, pull nonelectrical wire and wiring harness C (17) down through tophandler carriage frame.
3.
Remove wiring harness C (17) leads from nonelectrical wire.
4.
Connect wire leads to solenoids (20) as follows:

Lock Twistlocks
5.
Connect lead 6034-2 to leveling lock solenoid (21).
6.
Install cable clamp (19) on wiring harness C (17) grommet with screw (18).
7.
Connect wiring harness C (17) connector to tophandler junction box (1) connector and install cable guard.
