BOGIE WHEEL REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
Perform steps 2 thru 5 for each of two bogie wheels.

Remove allen head screw (4) from end of axle shaft (5).
3.
Rotate axle shaft (5) 180 degrees and remove axle shaft, bogie wheel (2), and two O-rings (3) from frame (1). Retain O-
rings if not damaged.
4.
Remove grease fitting (6) from axle shaft (5).
5.
Roll bogie wheel (2) away from vehicle.

BOGIE WHEEL INSTALLATION
1.
Roll bogie wheel (2) to vehicle.
NOTE
Perform steps 2 thru 6 for each of two bogie wheels.
2.
Temporarily place one O-ring (3) on each side of bogie wheel (2) hub and position bogie wheel on frame (1).
3.
Install grease fitting (6) on end of axle shaft (5).
4.
Apply coat of grease to bearing surface of axle shaft (5) and install axle shaft through frame (1) and bogie wheel (2).
Rotate axle shaft, as necessary, until fully seated.
5.
Rotate axle shaft (5) an additional 180 degrees and install allen head screw (4).
6.
Move each of two O-rings (3) over to snap into notch between wheel (2) hub and frame (1).
