HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
Perform steps 7 and 8 at bottom end of each hydraulic cylinder.
7.
Remove screw (7) and washer (8) from end of lower pin (13).
8.
Remove lower pin (13), two washers (10), and O-rings (11) from frame (1) and hydraulic cylinders (9). Remove hydrau-
lic cylinder. Retain O-rings if not damaged.
9.
Remove grease fitting (12) from frame (1) as necessary.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS INSTALLATION
1.
If removed, install grease fitting (12) on frame (1).
2.
Position two hydraulic cylinders (9) on vehicle.
NOTE
Perform steps 3 and 4 at lower end of each hydraulic cylinder.
3.
Install two O-rings (11), washers (10) and hydraulic cylinder (9) on frame (1) and install lower pin (13).
4.
Install washer (8) and screw (7) on end of lower pin (13).
NOTE
Perform steps 5 thru 7 at upper end of each hydraulic cylinder.
5.
Install grease fitting (18) on upper pin (14).
6.
Install two O-rings (17), washers (16), and hydraulic cylinder (9) on vehicle frame (15) and install upper pin (14).
7.
Install washer (19) and screw (20) on end of upper pin (14).
8.
Connect hydraulic hoses to each of two hydraulic cylinders (9).
NOTE
Remove wood blocks, or nylon sling and overhead lifting device, as bogie wheels are installed.
Install bogie wheels (2) (refer to Bogie Wheel Installation).
