BOGIE WHEEL FRAME REMOVAL
NOTE
To remove bogie wheel frame, clearance between ground and vehicle frame at rear of vehicle must be
at least 40 in. (100 cm). Position rear of vehicle on ramps or over maintenance location that provides
proper clearance.
Remove hydraulic cylinders (refer to Hydraulic Cylinders Removal).

Remove screw assembly (refer to Screw Assembly Removal).

Lower frame (1) to ground and remove nylon sling.
4.
Remove frame (1) from under vehicle.
BOGIE WHEEL FRAME INSTALLATION
1.
Position frame (1) under vehicle.
2.
Install nylon sling on top of frame (1) and attach nylon sling to overhead lifting device.
3.
Raise frame (1) and guide frame into vehicle.
4.
Continue to raise frame (1) until frame is positioned in vehicle.
Install screw assembly (refer to Screw Assembly Installation).

Install hydraulic cylinders (refer to Hydraulic Cylinders Installation).

Remove nylon sling with overhead lifting device from top of frame (1) and position vehicle on level ground.
