Remove two springs (11).
6.
Remove three screws (12), plate (13), and pin (14).
7.
Remove locking plate (15), pin (16), and spring (17).
8.
Remove two halves of bearing (18) from end of steering column (6).

ASSEMBLY
1.
Install two halves of bearing (18) to end of steering column (6).
2.
Install spring (17), pin (16), and locking plate (15) on steering column (6).
3.
Install pin (14) and plate (13) with three screws (12).
4.
Install two springs (11).
5.
Install spring (10), connector (9), link (4), and pushnut (8).
6.
Install bushing (7) on tilt lever (2) and position tilt lever through rubber bellows (1).
7.
Install tilt lever (2), with rubber bellows (1), on steering column (6) with nut (5).
8.
Connect end of link (4) to tilt lever (2) with screw (3).
9.
Install steering column (WP 0133 00).
