Install water header plate (1) with new gasket (14) and secure with 18 screws (13). Tighten screws to 15 lb-ft (20 Nm).

Position water heater housing (6) with new gasket (7) on water header plate (1). Install four screws (8) and tighten to 15
lb-ft (20 Nm).
