Install new water pump drive needle bearing (5) from front side of front gear housing (4) until needle bearing is flush
with front edge of housing bore.

NOTE
Hydraulic pump drive needle bearing MUST be 0.010 to 0.030 in. (0.25 to 0.76 mm) past outside edge
of front gear housing bore surface.

Using installation tool, gently tap new hydraulic pump drive needle bearing (6) until it comes in contact with shoulder in
front gear housing.

Install idler gears and camshaft drive gear (WP 0276 00).

Install water pump (WP 0068 00).
12.
Install engine position sensor (WP 0094 00).
