MALFUNCTION TEST OR INSPECTION CORRECTIVE ACTION Error Code 212 - Tophandler Left Twistlocks Indication Failure 1. Inspect all twistlock proximity switches for grease and dirt. Clean proximity switch tips and indicator lights as required. 2. Check twistlock proximity switches for secure mounting and proper adjustment by placing tophandler on a container or, with assistance, simulating placement on a container (WP 0074 00).
