TM 10-3930-675-20-2 0118 00-2 FRONT AND REAR PROPELLER SHAFTS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED 0118 00 FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT REMOVAL NOTE Perform following steps at front of front propeller shaft. 1. Remove 12 locknuts (3) and lockwashers (2) from flange of propeller shaft (4). Discard locknuts and lockwashers. 2. Remove propeller shaft (4) from studs of parking brake disc (1) of front axle (5). NOTE Perform following steps at rear of front propeller shaft. 3. Remove 12 screws (6), lockwashers (7), and locknuts (8) from flange of propeller shaft (4). Discard lockwashers and locknuts. 4. Remove propeller shaft (4) from flange of transmission (9) and remove from vehicle. 5 1 2,3 4 4 6,7,8 9
