Install and tighten ten screws (19) and washers (20).STYLE C WEAR PLATE REMOVALNOTE•If measurement of wear plate is less 0.5 in (12.7 mm), perform steps below to replace wear plate.•To prevent shifting of sideshift carriage, wear plates should be replaced in sets one at a time.1.With assistance, position side shifting carriage (24) on cribbing to relieve weight on wear plates (23).2.Remove two screws (28), washers (29), and nuts (30) securing lock plate (25) in position. Remove lock plate and retainfor installation.3.Thru access hole in frame bottom, remove screw (26) and washer (27) securing wear plate (23) to sideshift carriageframe (4).4.Slide wear plate (23) from position on sideshift carriage frame (4).19,202122
