5.
Install seven washers (2) and nuts (3). Tighten, at this time only, nuts for cam follower studs nos. 1, 4, and 7 to 35 lb-ft
(47 Nm).

Install 0.030 in. (0.76 mm) thickness gage between no. 3 cam follower shaft support and exhaust lever for cylinder no. 3.
7.
Push no. 3 cam follower levers toward no. 4 cam follower shaft support.
8.
Tighten no. 3 cam follower stud nut to 35 lb-ft (47 Nm).
